Can I use my benefits to cover the cost of your treatments?

I am not an RMT.  I am trained in Swedish Massage/relaxation massage.  I am happy to recommend you to a local RMT if you are looking to utilize insurance benefits.  I focus on relaxing the mind, and body, so your soul can shine through.

What should I expect from your services?

Holistic Healing Algoma is about creating a safe space for relaxation and self care in my home or yours.  Expect to feel nurtured, cared for, and relaxed after our session together.  I suggest you take time after the treatment to be with yourself, to fully feel the benefits from the session.  Bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside are great ways to integrate the session into your body.  Ensure to drink plenty of water the day of your treatment, and avoid heavy work after a massage appointment.

How do I pay?

To pay for your appointment you can do so with E-transfer or cash.   Credit purchases are available with a $5 service fee.  E-transfer payments to bringinghealinghome@gmail.com.

What is your confidentiality policy?

All of our appointments are completely confidential. Any information shared between us before, during, or after the appointment is completely private.  Safe space is sacred.

What is your cancellation policy?

Of course Holistic Healing Algoma wants your to keep your appointment time, however things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you give more than 24 hours notice then you can cancel without penalty.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Because we offer mobile, office, and custom bookings, a lot of planning is needed to be able to serve our customers efficiently. A text message reminder will be sent out two days before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
