Celeste is a Registered Foot Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Some insurance providers cover reflexology treatments. Check with your provider to see if this applies to you. If you choose a 90 minute or 2 hour mix-and-match session and over half of the treatment is reflexology, coverage applies for the full session. Each insurance provider differs in how much of the treatment they will cover. No direct billing available. Holistic Healing Algoma is about creating a safe space for relaxation and self. You will leave your sessions feeling nurtured, cared for, and relaxed every time. Regularly taking part in healing practices offers peace and balance for the body, mind, and spirit. It is important to take time after each treatment to be with yourself and to fully feel the benefits of the session. Bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside are great ways to integrate the session into your body. Drink plenty of water the day of your treatment, and avoid heavy work directly after a massage appointment.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, debit, credit, and e-transfers.

At Holistic Healing Algoma, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and practitioners. All services offered are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated, including but not limited to: • Sexual comments, jokes, or gestures • Inappropriate touching or requests • Flirtatious or suggestive behavior • Requests for services outside the professional scope (including cuddling, dating, or sexual services) • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected identity •Asking for undraped massage Any behavior that makes the practitioner or other participants feel uncomfortable or unsafe will result in: ➡ Immediate termination of the session or class ➡ Full payment required for the session ➡ Possible refusal of future services or reporting to the authorities Our practitioners reserve the right to end a session or remove a participant at any time to maintain a safe and respectful space. By booking an appointment or attending any service, class, or workshop, you agree to respect these professional boundaries and conduct expectations. Spa Appointment Cancelation Policy: Although Holistic Healing Algoma desires that you keep your appointment time, it is understood that occasional circumstances eliminate that possibility. 24 hours notice is required to cancel without a charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. No-show clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. A text message reminder will be sent two days before your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation. Classes and Workshop Cancellation Policy: All group classes and workshop spaces must be paid in full at the time of registration. Due to limited space, all sales are final and no refunds are provided one you are sign up. Your spot is reserved especially for you and cannot be filled last minute. If you are able to attend you may transfer your spot to a friend and notify Celeste of the change. Exceptions: Cancelations due to illness or emergencies. These appointments can be rebooked.

All sessions are confidential. Any information shared before, during, and after the session is private accept for the following: This does not apply if a desire to harm oneself or others is expressed, if a court order is issued regarding information shared during the session or if the harassment policy has been violated.

Deposits are required for any treatment over $225 (with HST) and are due at the time of booking. The standard is a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

Gift certificates may be purchased by calling 705-989-4207 to arrange a pick-up. Gift certificates are for specific services only, not dollar amounts. A one year expire date applies.
