✷ Can I use my benefits to cover the cost of your treatments?

I am not a registered massage therapist although some insurance providers have self care or wellness coverage that you can utilize for all the services Holistic Healing has to offer.

✷ What should I expect from your services?

Holistic Healing Algoma is about creating a safe space for relaxation and self.  Expect to feel nurtured, cared for, and relaxed after our session together.  I suggest you take time after the treatment to be with yourself and to fully feel the benefits of the session.  Bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside are great ways to integrate the session into your body.  Drink plenty of water the day of your treatment, and avoid heavy work after a massage appointment.

Cash, debit, credit, and e-transfers are acceptated for payments.

✷ What is your confidentiality policy?

All of our appointments are completely confidential. Any information shared between us before, during, or after the appointment is completely private.  Safe space is sacred.

✷ What is your cancellation policy?

Of course, Holistic Healing Algoma wants you to keep your appointment time, however things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. 24 hours notice is required to cancel without penalty.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Because we offer mobile, office, and custom bookings, a lot of planning is needed to be able to serve our customers efficiently. A text message reminder will be sent out two days before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.  

When do you require a deposit?

Deposits are required for mobile parties and some mobile treatments.  You will be notified during the booking process the deposit expectations. The standard is a 50% deposit to hold your mobile party reservation.
