✷ Can I use my benefits to cover the cost of your treatments?
I am a registered Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Some insurance providers cover reflexology treatments so make sure to see if this is covered with your benefits. If you choose a mix and match session (90 minute or 2 hour session) and over half of the treatment is reflexology, coverage applies for the full session. Each insurance provider is different in how much they will cover per treatment. No direct billing. A receipt with my registration number will be given after payment for your treatment, that you then submit to your insurance provider.

✷ What should I expect from your services?
Holistic Healing Algoma is about creating a safe space for relaxation and self. Expect to feel nurtured, cared for, and relaxed after our session together. I suggest you take time after the treatment to be with yourself and to fully feel the benefits of the session. Bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside are great ways to integrate the session into your body. Drink plenty of water the day of your treatment, and avoid heavy work after a massage appointment.

✷ What is your confidentiality policy?
All of our appointments are completely confidential. Any information shared between us before, during, or after the appointment is completely private unless you express a desire to harm self or others, or a court order is issued regarding information in the session. Safe space is sacred.
✷ What is your cancellation policy?
Of course, Holistic Healing Algoma wants you to keep your appointment time, however things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. 24 hours notice is required to cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. Because we offer mobile, office, and custom bookings, a lot of planning is needed to be able to serve our customers efficiently. A text message reminder will be sent out two days before your appointment.
