Classes begin with a mini activity like breathe work, yoga postures or meditation, followed by dance and Sound Bath Relaxation.
 

The seven week series focuses on a chakra each week, beginning with the Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.
