Kidding Around Yoga Class
This class is tailored for all ages 6 to 12, although any age can join in the fun. Classes are the classic Kidding Around Yoga style that includes yoga stories, games, postures, and meditation techniques mixed with Sivananda Style yoga.
I have completed my first year of Early Childhood Education with Durham college, am a certified 200 Hour yoga teacher through Sivinanda and 200 Hour Kidding Around Yoga instructor. I have much experience working with children of all ages.
I have a playful style of teaching and work to instill values of peace, respect and understanding with the children in the classroom.

Payment will be refunded if classes are canceled by Holistic Healing Algoma. Waiver's must be filled out by parents before or on the start date of classes.
